Standard Watch Service

A dependable service for mechanical and automatic watches, covering a full clean of the movement, fresh lubrication, and timing regulation so the watch runs comfortably again. Suited to owners maintaining a daily companion or reviving a piece left idle for a while. We provide an honest condition note, explain anything worth watching for the future without pressure, and offer a service warranty. Most watches are ready within a few weeks.
What is included
Complete disassembly and ultrasonic cleaning of all movement parts
Fresh lubrication at all bearing points and escapement components
Timing regulation with rate check on the timing machine
Case and crown seal inspection; gasket replacement if required
Written condition note provided before work begins
Workshop service warranty included
Typical timeline
Two to four weeks for most movements. We will advise if your particular calibre or its condition suggests a different timeframe.

Refinishing & Polishing

A gentle cosmetic service that lifts everyday marks from cases and bracelets while preserving original edges and lines. We discuss the preferred finish first, whether brushed, polished, or a careful blend, so the result matches the owner's taste. A thoughtful option ahead of a special occasion or simply to enjoy a tidier watch. Dials and crystals are protected throughout, and we refinish only as far as agreed, keeping authentic character where it is valued.

Service Three
Heritage Movement Rebuild
from ฿14,900
An attentive rebuild for older mechanical movements that need fresh life, including correction of wear, replacement of fatigued springs, and conservation of original components. The aim is to return the watch to dependable use while honouring its history. Recommended for collectible and inherited timepieces. Every rebuild begins with a careful study of the movement and a written plan agreed with the owner, and unfolds at the measured, careful pace such work deserves.
What is included
Thorough movement study with written plan agreed with the owner before proceeding
Pivot and bushing correction for worn bearing surfaces
Replacement of fatigued or broken mainsprings and keyless work components
Conservation of original components wherever they remain serviceable
Original replaced parts returned to the owner on request
Post-rebuild timing and function testing; written outcome report

Workshop Standards
Shared across all services
Calibre-appropriate tools
We use the tooling appropriate to each movement — including dedicated screwdrivers, watchmaker tweezers, and case-opening tools that do not mark surfaces.
Current lubricants
We use current-grade watchmaker lubricants at the correct viscosity for each application point — not generic oils or outdated stocks.
Timing machine verification
After regulation, every movement is verified on a timing machine and results are recorded. You receive the rate figures when you collect your watch.
Water resistance check
Where relevant and agreed, gaskets are renewed and basic water resistance is tested before the watch is returned.
Documentation with every service
Condition note on intake, service record on collection. You have a paper trail of what was found and what was done.
Secure storage while in care
All watches in the workshop are stored securely when not on the bench, referenced by their intake number, and covered by our workshop insurance policy.
